At Chavas Vending, there are no minimum charges, and no charge for machines or delivery. We offer three pricing options for your convenience.
Option 1: Free Vending
This is the most common vending option—and the simplest. Machines are installed at no cost to you, and we take care of the restocking, service, and maintenance.
Option 2: Subsidized Vending
Similar to free vending, except that you have the option of lowering the price of each item for the convenience of your employees. We’ll send a detailed statement showing the past month’s sales, along with an invoice for the difference. Many of our coffee service clients find this a preferable option.
Option 3: Commission-Based Vending
Similar to free vending, but with this option prices are slightly higher (generally no more than a nickel per item, depending on the commission percentage), and your company receives a monthly commission check along with a detail statement of sales. Most clients who choose this option apply their commissions to employee events and recognition awards.
